We are seeking a skilled and caring Dental Assistant to support our dental team in delivering exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities Prepare patients (especially children) for dental procedures, ensuring they are comfortable and relaxed. Assist the dentist during treatments and procedures by handing instruments, mixing materials, and providing chairside support. Prepare, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments, materials, and equipment according to safety and hygiene protocols. Take, develop, and mount dental X-rays (if certified). Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient treatment records. Provide post-treatment care instructions to parents and caregivers. Monitor stock of dental supplies and assist in ordering as needed. Educate children and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care. Maintain cleanliness and organization in treatment rooms and clinical areas. Support the front desk team when required (e.g., scheduling, patient calls). Participate in school or community dental awareness camps when needed. Qualifications Prior experience in a dental clinic, preferably pediatric, is an advantage. Basic knowledge of dental instruments and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and patient approach towards children. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in basic computer operations; dental software knowledge is a plus.

Our goal is to create positive dental experiences that help children build lifelong healthy oral habits. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Associate Pediatric Dentist to join our growing team and contribute to our mission of making every child’s dental visit a happy one. Key Responsibilities : Diagnose and treat dental conditions in infants, children, and adolescents, including those with special healthcare needs. Perform routine and complex pediatric dental procedures such as fillings, pulpotomies, crowns, extractions, and space maintenance. Provide preventive dental care, including fluoride treatments, sealants, and oral hygiene education. Manage patient behavior with empathy and patience to ensure a comfortable and positive dental experience. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about treatment options, preventive care, and follow-up instructions. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards. Ensure adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols at all times. Work collaboratively with the dental assistants, front office, and other team members for smooth clinic operations. Participate in school dental awareness programs, community outreach, and dental camps as part of the clinic’s preventive care initiatives. Stay updated with the latest pediatric dentistry advancements and best practices. Qualifications & Requirements MDS in Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry from a recognized institution. Valid registration with the Dental Council of India. Prior experience in pediatric dental care preferred, but recent graduates with strong clinical skills are also welcome. Excellent communication skills and a child-friendly demeanor. Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced clinical environment. Strong ethical standards and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
