Job Description

Your key responsibilities will include: Developing data pipelines and APIs using Python, SQL, and potentially Spark, as well as cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Using an analytical and data-driven approach to gain a deep understanding of the rapidly changing business landscape. Building large-scale batch and real-time data pipelines with data processing frameworks in cloud platforms. Collaborating closely with various business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to execute multiple business plans and technologies. Working closely with global and local stakeholders, including customers, engineering, architecture, and operations teams. Driving high standards of quality, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget. Building and sustaining a strong product engineering team, hiring and developing top talent, and continuously improving team efficiency and productivity. Creating an open and transparent culture within the team. Championing and implementing tool-based engineering governance and establishing processes and standards for engineering rigor across projects. Candidate Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications: B.Tech / M.Tech in a related field. 15 to 20 years of software development experience. Proven experience in leading IT operations with a focus on business profitability. Excellent communication skills. Strong leadership and IT operations experience.
