Job_Description":" Position Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Who We Are Elixr Labs is where technology meetshealthcare. We Elixr Labs as Offshore Development Partner of Mobileheartbeat (HospitalCorporation of Americafully owned subsidiary). We thrive by creating solutionsto primarily improve the efficiency of healthcare professionals andinstallations. Our mobility solutions give a blanket coverage over allfunctions in the healthcare vertical from research to surgery. Our teamconsists of engineers who are experienced in this niche vertical that requires uniqueset of skills that cater to creating solutions for the healthcare vertical. What Youll Do We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer(CTO) to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. Youwill communicate with employees, stakeholders and customers to ensure ourcompanytechnologies are used appropriately. Strategic thinking and strongbusiness acumen is essential in this role. We expect you to be well-versed incurrent technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts. What You Will Work On Leadingthe team through management and mentorship. Developingstandards and procedures to ensure that quality standards are met andconsistent. Preparingand optimizing budgets. Recommendingtechnological developments and improvements in inefficiency. Developingthe team to ensure quality end products. Collaborateswith the companyexecutive leadership to develop and meet organizational goalswhile supplying expertise and guidance on projects, operations, and systems. Identifies,recommends and implements new technologies and systems to improve organizationalprocesses and decision-making. Maintainsknowledge of emerging technologies and trends in engineering and development relatedto the organizationindustry Ensuresthat departmental decisions such as staffing, development, organization,hardware acquisitions, and facilities are in line with the organizationbusinessplan and vision. The skills and qualifications youll need- Engineeringor similar degree. 15+ Yearsof experience in the IT industry with at least 3 years working with startup in SeniorManagement Strongorganizational leadership skills. Knowledgeof technological trends to build strategy In-depthknowledge of web systems architecture, design and development Hands-onexperience with complex project management Previousworking experience in software design and developing customer-orientatedplatforms. Must beknowledgeable about industry trends, best practices, and change management. Outstandingcommunication, interpersonal and leadership skills Excellentorganizational and time-management skills.
