Role Overview We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technical direction of Aimfiniti. As the CTO, you will drive product development, architect scalable systems, and shape the technology strategy to deliver a best-in-class professional networking and hiring platform. This is an opportunity to build a tech-first company from the ground up while working closely with the founding team to revolutionize the industry. Key Responsibilities Technology Strategy & Leadership Define and execute Aimfinitis technical vision, architecture, and product roadmap . Evaluate and select the best technology stack for a scalable, secure, and user-friendly platform. Identify emerging trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge . Product Development & Delivery Lead the design, development, and deployment of core platform features (networking, job search, verified content, etc.). Ensure high performance, scalability, and data integrity across the platform. Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business goals into technical solutions . Team Building & Management Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team . Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence . Oversee agile development processes and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Security & Infrastructure Implement best practices for data privacy, multi-level security, and user protection . Design a scalable infrastructure capable of handling large user bases and data sets. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to align technical initiatives with business objectives. Communicate technical progress to investors and stakeholders . Qualifications Experience: 5+ years in software engineering , with 3+ years in a senior leadership role Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of full-stack development, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern frameworks . Startup Mindset: Experience in building and scaling products from MVP to enterprise-grade platforms . Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and scale engineering teams . Strategic Vision: Ability to align technical decisions with long-term business goals . Preferred Skills Programming & Development: Expertise in JavaScript (React, Node.js), Python, Golang, or other scalable backend technologies . Cloud & Infrastructure: Strong experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure . AI/ML Integration: Familiarity with AI-driven content verification, recommendation systems, and smart search . Data Privacy & Security: Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and multi-level privacy implementations . Microservices & API Development: Understanding of RESTful & GraphQL APIs, microservices architecture . DevOps & CI/CD: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines . HR-Tech & Networking Platforms: Experience in building professional networks, hiring platforms, or B2B SaaS solutions .
