Company Description PANHA Mental Health and Women's Safety is a platform that provides support for individuals facing trauma, mental health challenges, and personal struggles. PANHA platform a growing platform focused on mental health and women's safety, with 4,000+ community members and a team of 50+. This is a part time remote Chief Technology Officer role at PANHA Mental Health and Women's Safety. The CTO will be responsible for leading software development, project management, IT strategy, architecture, and product development to support the platform's mission. The role involves overseeing the technology team and ensuring the platform's technical infrastructure supports the services provided. What we’re looking for: 🔷 Strong Full Stack skills (React Native Expo + Appwrite/Node.js) 🔷Deep backend/frontend knowledge 🔷Experience with AWS, hosting, and cloud services 🔷 Good knowledge of App development and Web development 🔷Leadership to guide a growing tech team Qualifications Software Development skills Project Management skills IT Strategy and Architecture skills Product Development skills Experience in leading technical teams Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively and remotely Experience in mental health or social support platforms is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field Show more Show less
