The Role

What Youll Accomplish in Your First 12 Months

• Grow qualified pipeline and demos by building organic search, ABM, partner, event and referral channels beyond paid search
• Turn RouteStack.ai sign-ups into live, paying customers through developer marketing and product-led growth
• Bring the CTS brand family into one clear story, with CTS as the trusted infrastructure brand
• Build proof that sells: case studies, thought leadership, PR, awards and a leader-led LinkedIn program
• Make flagship events like Phocuswright measurable pipeline programs
• Grow B2C club membership, app adoption, referrals and engagement
• Run marketing like an operating system with clear OKRs, one prioritized backlog and weekly reporting to the CEO

What Youll Do

• Own the marketing strategy, annual plan and budget for all CTS products
• Lead brand architecture, positioning and messaging, and define ICPs and buyer journeys for enterprise, developer and consumer audiences
• Run full-funnel demand generation and ABM across paid, SEO, content, email, LinkedIn, events and partners
• Partner with Sales on lead scoring, routing, pipeline reviews and enablement; own funnel analytics and attribution
• Lead product marketing and GTM for launches, translating APIs, MCP and AI agents into clear value for business buyers and developers
• Lead B2C and lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, in-app) for member acquisition and retention
• Coach and grow the team, and build AI (Claude, agents, automation) into daily work with clear quality controls
• Serve on the executive team and represent CTS as a speaker, with press, analysts and at industry events

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a CMO, VP or Head of Marketing in B2B SaaS or technology, leading a full marketing function
• Deep technical product marketing experience, ideally with APIs, platforms or developer products
• A track record of owning pipeline and revenue targets through demand gen and ABM
• Strong brand, positioning and messaging skills across multiple products
• Hands-on use of generative AI tools and automation in marketing work
• A builders attitude: as comfortable editing copy or building a dashboard as presenting strategy
• Strong analytical skills (funnels, attribution, ROI) and excellent writing
• Experience leading distributed, global teams

Nice to Have

• Background in travel tech, hospitality, loyalty, membership, employee benefits or fintech
• Developer marketing / PLG experience
• Both B2B and B2C (subscription or membership) experience
• Experience in a high-growth, founder-led company
