Chief Manager - Retirement and Pension

What are we looking for?

The role will drive distribution planning, channel enablement and key strategic initiatives across NPS and Annuity.

What does the job entail?

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Strategic Initiatives: Drive business initiatives across NPS and Annuity such as developing Customer Lifecyle engagement and communication plans, Digital Journeys and tech platforms, and other emerging business opportunities.

• Marketing & Customer Insights: Develop segment-led communication, propositions and engagement tools based on customer, market and channel insights.

• Business Planning & Growth: Support annual and periodic planning for NPS and Annuity distribution; track channel performance, identify growth opportunities and recommend focused actions to improve topline and market position.

• Projects & Technology Enablement: Lead or coordinate projects and technology initiatives that improve differentiated brand offering, productivity and customer experience.

• Capability Building: Design and coordinate product and sales capability programs, including pan-Indialearning interventions, channel downloads, quizzes and role-plays; establish mechanisms to track effectiveness.

• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Sales, Business Solutions Group, Product, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Customer Service, Compliance and other internal teams to ensure alignment, timely decisions and effective implementation.

Work Experience

10+ Years of relevant experience in the relevant domain.

Graduate / Post Graduate

Preferred Skills

o Experience in financial services, insurance, pensions, banking, asset management or a related distribution-led business is preferred.

o Demonstrated ability to move from sales execution into planning, strategy, channel productivity or business transformation responsibilities.

o Strong commercial orientation with the ability to analyze business performance and convert insights into actionable initiatives.

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling presentations, sales narratives and management updates.

o Comfort with data analysis and reporting; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
