(India) Sharepoint Admin [On Premise] Configure and manage on premise SharePoint sites, site collections, and sub-sites. Develop and implement SharePoint governance policies and procedures. Manage storage quotas and ensure sufficient storage space. Key Responsibilities ·SharePoint On-Premise Administration -Install, configure, and maintain SharePoint Server (2013/2016/2019) farms architecture. ·Manage service applications (Search, User Profiles, Managed Metadata, etc.). -Perform patch updates, upgrades, and migrations. ·Troubleshoot and resolve performance, authentication (NTLM/Kerberos), and permission issues. Security & Permissions ·Configure SharePoint security policies, user permissions, and groups. · Manage SSL certificates, AAM settings, and alternate access mappings, Server Hardening Customization & Support · Administer SharePoint workflows, PowerShell scripting, and third-party tools. -Support Power Users with site collections, lists, libraries, and content types. · Assist in SharePoint-Integrated applications (e.g., Nintex, InfoPath, Designer). · Customization using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Other Tools Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server (for SharePoint backend). ·Troubleshooting ULS logs, event viewer, and SharePoint health analyser. ·Knowledge of SharePoint migration tools (ShareGate, Metalogix, etc.).
