POST; Mechanical Technical Manager(Team Lead-MEP) LOCATION OF JOB: CHATRAPATI SHIVAJI TERMINAL RAILWAY STATION CCE'S DESIGN STUDIO OFFICE. ONE MINUTE WALKABLE DISTANCE FROM MUMBAI CST/VT RAILWAY STATION. REQUIREMENT: IMMEDIATE OPENING AND REPORTING PREFERRER OR 10 DAY NOTICE TIME TO JOIN if selected. PROJECT BRIEF: 35 LACS SFT BUILT UP AREA AND 65 ACRES OF INFRA DEVELOPMENT MEP DESIGN AND THE PROJECT IS LOCATED IN MUMBAI CST RAILWAY STATION AREA. DESIGN STUDIO OFFICE TEAM IS STATIONED AT PROJECT DESIGN OFFICE /LOCATION WHICH IS MUMBAI CST RAILWAY STATION NEARBY. THE PROJECT HAS 7000 TR OF DISTRICT COOLING DESIGN TOO. THIS IS PURELY MEP CONSULTING DESIGN CO-ORDINATION PROJECT MANAGER JOB AND WE ARE NOT EXECUTING THE WORKS LIKE PMC WHICH IS TO BE NOTED. We are seeking Mechanical Technical senior Engineers with substantial experience in the MEPF Design Delivery to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering railway , Metro commercial Grade "A" buildings projects in the region, with expertise in both contracting and consultancy roles. Requirements Experience: 810 years with with MEP Design consultants. System Knowledge: HVAC, Drainage, Water Supply, Fire Fighting, and LPG. Background: Proven experience in Railway transport hubs residential and large commercial buildings . Key Responsibilities Develop and Review DD and IFC (Issued for Construction) design documents and drawingsas per DBR and specified calculations Ensure compliance with all relevant authorities (RLDA , NBC , NFPA, ASHRAE and ISHRAE , etc.). Prepare and develop mechanical systems and MEP modular shop drawings for construction. Perform engineering calculations including: ESP & pump head Ventilation and pressurization Smoke management systems Heat load calculations Acoustic and pipe structural analysis Review and check material submittals, engineering drawings, and technical calculations. Review RLDA specification technical documents and prepare shop drawings after complying to PMS comments . Oversee authority submission processes and coordinate with PmS to obtain approvals on Design Submissions. Handle site technical queries and conduct site surveys. Participate in technical meetings with RLDA , PMS and main contractors and suppliers. Manage and lead a large BIM / CAD team.
