Responsibilities: Formulation and development of color cosmetics products, including but not limited to lipsticks, eyeshadows, and blushes. Conducting stability tests, compatibility tests, and quality control assessments on raw materials and finished products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including RD, production, and quality assurance to ensure product integrity and compliance with regulatory standards. Troubleshooting production issues and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality. Maintaining accurate records of formulation data, batch records, and regulatory documentation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field.
