Role & responsibilities Manage customer requests and internal processes to achieve customer satisfaction. Build strong customer focus through effective site management. Monitor and control subcontractors for efficiency. Conduct site visits & risk identification. Prepare and plan installation phases. Execute, verify, and commission installations. Optimize systems, perform post-mortem analysis, and handover projects. Complete projects within given budget (cost-conscious approach). Apply basic site safety knowledge and awareness. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors in Electrical Engineering (or related) 3-5 years experience in Electrical Engineering and Project Management, preferably in Material Handling Technology. Experience in Panel wiring and Field wiring. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Prior experience in Project Management Strong background in Site Management. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to travel when required
Role & responsibilities PLC Programming & Automation Develop, modify, test and troubleshoot PLC programs using Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, and ABB. Create IO configurations, automation sequences, and perform debugging & commissioning. Electrical Design & Component Selection Select PLCs, drives, sensors, safety devices with proper model numbers. Prepare BOM and review drawings. Installation, Testing & Commissioning Lead installation of PLCs, VFDs, panels, field instruments. Perform calibration, testing & validation. Project Execution & Coordination Conduct site studies, prepare schedules, coordinate with internal teams & maintain documentation. Client & Vendor Communication Participate in technical discussions, support vendor evaluations, and ensure issue closure. Preferred candidate profile Experienced automation engineer with strong PLC programming, electrical design, commissioning, and project management skills. Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and lead execution. Willingness to travel across India Minimum 5 year experience in Electrical Engineering
