Key Requirements: - A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Research and Development, with a specific emphasis on paint, coatings, or floor coatings. - Proficiency in formulating, testing, and enhancing the performance of coatings. - Sound knowledge of raw materials, resins, pigments, and additives utilized in the industry. - Capability to conduct research and innovate new and improved coating solutions. - Practical experience in application testing, durability analysis, and quality control procedures. - Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities: - Develop and refine formulations for paint and floor coatings. - Carry out laboratory tests and assess performance characteristics. - Collaborate effectively with suppliers and production teams to select materials and enhance processes. - Ensure adherence to industry standards and environmental regulations. - Identify and rectify issues in existing products to enhance performance and cost-efficiency.
