A Chemistry faculty member for JEE/NEET teaches, develops lesson plans tailored to the competitive exams, conducts regular assessments and provides individualized student support. Key responsibilities also include staying updated on syllabus changes and exam patterns, fostering a conducive learning environment, collaborating with colleagues, and mentoring students in effective study habits and exam strategies
Location : Chennai / Peelamedu
Design and deliver engaging lecture plans and practical sessions that cover the entire JEE/NEET Chemistry syllabus, ensuring deep conceptual understanding and alignment with exam requirements.
Regularly assess student performance through assignments, quizzes, and mock tests, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement .
Provide personalized guidance to students to address their academic challenges, offer extra tutoring, and help them develop effective study habits and exam strategies.
Continuously update knowledge of the latest exam patterns, question types, syllabus changes, and new developments in chemistry to prepare students effectively.
Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that motivates students to achieve their full potential.
Work with other faculty members and academic coordinators to share teaching resources, discuss teaching strategies, and develop a comprehensive, cohesive curriculum.
Actively participate in faculty meetings, attend professional development sessions, and stay updated on effective teaching methodologies and new pedagogical tools to enhance teaching skill.
