Role Overview: The Accounts Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, supporting audits, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work within deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, bank entries, petty cash). Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial records. Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments. Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts. Support statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax filings). Prepare and submit required financial reports to management. Assist auditors during internal and external audits. Maintain proper documentation and filing of all accounting records. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for financial queries. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / QuickBooks / MS Excel. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting (B.Com / M.Com). 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance. Experience in [FMCG / Manufacturing / Service industry – adjust as per need].
