Role: 70% Chat Support | 30% Voice Support

Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs

Location: Sector 20, Gurgaon, Haryana

Key Responsibilities :-

• Handle customer inquiries through live chat (70%) and voice calls (30%).
• Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer concerns.
• Manage multiple chat conversations efficiently.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
• Update customer information and interactions in CRM systems.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
• Meet productivity, quality, and response-time targets.

Required Skills :-

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong voice communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and multitasking abilities.
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
