Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Min. 6 months in Tax / Taxation domain queries
  • Communication: C1 Level (Advanced written & verbal)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve complex tax, deduction, and financial statement queries via chat (80%) and voice (20%).
  • Ensure accurate tax guidance while maintaining high CSAT and compliance standards.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
