Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate at Charu Machinery Store, located in Egra. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, handling transactions, stocking shelves, and ensuring the store is well-maintained. Additionally, the Sales Associate will be expected to build and maintain relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills Sales and negotiation skills Product knowledge related to machinery parts and accessories Organizational and time management skills Basic computer skills for handling transactions and inventory management Ability to work independently and as part of a team High School diploma or equivalent Previous experience in retail or machinery sales is a plus
