E-commerce Order Dispatch & Operations Executive Location: Rani Bagh Delhi Job Type: Full-time Experience: 0 –2 years Job Description We are looking for a responsible and proactive E-commerce Order Dispatch & Operations Executive to handle end-to-end order processing, dispatch, and basic operations across Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, and our own website . The role also involves maintaining order records, basic profit tracking, and supporting listings and website updates. Key Responsibilities Process and dispatch daily orders from Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, and website Ensure timely dispatch as per platform SLA Pick, pack, label, and dispatch orders accurately Coordinate with courier partners and pickup teams Update AWB, tracking details, and order status Maintain Excel sheets for: Orders received (incoming) Orders dispatched (outgoing) Returns, RTO, exchanges Prepare monthly order & basic profit summary (sales vs costs) Assist in product listing learning and support on marketplaces Show curiosity and willingness to learn listings , pricing, and catalog management Make basic changes/updates on the website when necessary (content, product updates, stock status) Ensure proper packaging and minimize damages Share daily and monthly reports with management Required Skills & Qualifications Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets Basic understanding of costing, margins, and profit tracking Familiar with shipping labels, invoices, and AWB generation Basic website handling knowledge (Shopify / preferred) Detail-oriented, Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Expected hours: 45 per week Work Location: In person
