Role & responsibilities 1. Procurement of Crockery & Cutlery: Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for crockery and cutlery, ensuring timely deliveries and cost-effective pricing. Work with the operations team to ensure that crockery and cutlery meet quality standards and are available as required. Implement measures to monitor and control PR, PO, Vendor payment and Delivery tracker. 2. Uniform Procurement & Management: Oversee the procurement of uniforms for all staff, ensuring proper sizing, quality, and design. Manage relationships with uniform suppliers and handle contract negotiations. Ensure that uniforms worn or damaged items are replaced. 3. Procurement of Equipment (Kitchen, Office, etc.): Procure necessary kitchen appliances, office equipment, and tools, ensuring compliance with company standards and specifications. Coordinate with internal teams to assess equipment needs and manage ordering processes. Work with the maintenance team to source spare parts for repairs and ensure equipment uptime. 4. Procurement for IT Infrastructure: Procurement of IT equipment such as computers, printers, servers, and software licenses, Menu Board Screen, Laptops, etc. Collaborate with the IT department to ensure that all technical specifications are met and that the procured items align with the companys technology needs. Negotiate contracts and service agreements with IT vendors and suppliers. Ensure compliance with IT security policies and track warranty and service agreements for all IT equipment. 5. Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors for all categories, including crockery, cutlery, uniforms, equipment, and IT. Regularly evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and adherence to contract terms. Address any issues with suppliers or vendors to ensure continuity in the supply chain. Coordinate the resolution of any procurement-related issues, such as delays or discrepancies with product quality. 6. Repair & Maintenance Procurement: Manage the procurement of parts and services related to equipment repairs and maintenance. Work closely with the maintenance team to coordinate the timely procurement of replacement parts or tools. Negotiate with service providers for regular maintenance contracts and emergency repairs for equipment. Ensure maintenance schedules are adhered to and that procurement for services is cost-effective. 7. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. Keep accurate records of procurement transactions and maintain documentation for audits. Provide regular procurement reports to management, including status updates on procurement cycles, inventory levels, and supplier performance. Preferred candidate profile -We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Procurement Executive to manage and oversee the procurement activities for crockery, cutlery, uniforms, repair and maintenance of equipment, and IT-related supplies. This role plays a key part in ensuring the timely and cost-effective sourcing of necessary items while maintaining high standards of quality and operational efficiency. The Senior Procurement Executive will work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors to meet the companys needs and manage the procurement lifecycle across multiple categories. The ideal candidate will have a background in procurement, Good vendor management skills, and knowledge in Crockery, Cutlery, SOE, equipment maintenance and IT procurement processes.
