Character Artist (2D Characters)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original character designs based on project briefs
• Produce detailed model sheets showcasing characters from multiple angles, expressions and poses to guide animators and maintain consistency throughout the production.
• Refine rough sketches into clean, polished line art suitable for animation, ensuring clarity and precision in every frame.
• Prepare characters for rigging by designing them with appropriate articulation points and considering movement dynamics.
• Work closely with animators and other team members to ensure seamless integration of characters into the animation pipeline.
• Ensure all character designs adhere to the established visual style and quality standards of the project

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 years & maximum 3 years of experience in 2D character design
• Expertise in industry-standard software such as Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong understanding of anatomy, proportions, and color theory with the ability to adapt to various artistic styles.
• Create consistent and high-quality character designs that align with the project

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
