Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Accountant cum Office Administrator to manage our financial transactions, reporting, and general office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records while ensuring the smooth running of administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Accounting Duties: Balance Sheet Preparation on a daily basis. Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking. Manage payroll processing and statutory compliance (e.g., tax filings, GST, etc.). Client Billing, e-invoice billing of mandatory Returns. Administrative Duties: Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding/offboarding processes. Handle correspondence, filing, and documentation. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting or/and administrative roles. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Office Suite. Knowledge of statutory financial and tax regulations. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. High level of integrity and attention to detail. Preferred Attributes: Experience in an Architectural Firm shall be preferred.
