Change Management Lead

Engagement Type: Contract (offshore, India-based) Location: Hyderabad, India | Offshore Working Hours: US business hours (shift aligned with US stakeholders) Duration: 6 months (extendable) Reporting To: Program / Project Leadership Role Overview The Change Management Lead will own and execute organizational change management activities for US-based fashion and specialty retail transformation programs involving Point-of-Sale (POS), and other business applications. Based in India and working US business hours, the role will remotely partner with US business leaders, store operations, merchandising, planning, supply chain, finance, IT, and implementation partners to drive business readiness, user adoption, and sustained changes in ways of working. Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage the end-to-end change management strategy, plan, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies across application implementations, upgrades, and rollouts. • Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, role mapping, and current-tofuture-state process impact reviews across business functions. • Coordinate remotely with US business owners, store representatives, project managers, IT teams, vendors, and offshore delivery teams during US working hours. • Create and execute targeted communications plans, leadership messages, FAQs, newsletters, presentations, and change champion engagement activities. • Design role-based training approaches and develop or coordinate training decks, user guides, quick reference guides, job aids, and train-the-trainer materials. • Organize virtual training sessions, track attendance and completion, collect feedback, and coordinate follow-up training with US functional owners. • Lead business readiness assessments and maintain readiness dashboards, action plans, stakeholder concerns, and resistance management logs. • Align change activities with UAT, pilot deployments, phased rollouts, cutover, go-live, and hypercare; consider store trading and seasonal retail calendars. • Define and monitor adoption measures such as training completion, user readiness, system usage, support trends, and post-go-live feedback. • Identify adoption risks and gaps early, escalate decisions, and work with business and project leads to implement corrective actions. • Facilitate virtual workshops, working sessions, leadership updates, and change governance meetings; provide clear status reporting and documentation. • Support post-go-live stabilization, reinforcement communications, knowledge transfer, and transition to business-as-usual support. Required Experience & Qualifications • 8+ years of relevant experience, including substantial hands-on organizational change management for POS or enterprise business application transformations. • Experience supporting US-based stakeholders and managing change activities remotely in an offshore/onshore delivery model. • Ability and willingness to work consistently during US business hours from India. • Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, change communications, training, readiness, and adoption tracking. • Excellent spoken and written English, facilitation, presentation, and executive communication skills. • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and project or change tracking tools. • Ability to work independently, coordinate across multiple functions, and maintain delivery discipline without being physically present at the client site. Preferred Experience & Certifications • Fashion, specialty retail, or omnichannel business transformation experience. • Exposure to retail ERP, store POS, merchandising, inventory, supply chain, finance, CRM, or related business applications. • Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent change management certification; Agile change credentials are an advantage.

Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹2,600,000.00 per year
