Design and documentation: Create electrical design drawings, schematics, and detailed documentation, including single-line diagrams (SLD), general arrangements (GA), and wiring diagrams using EPLAN. Component selection: Select appropriate electrical components for control panels, such as power supplies, protection circuits, and control components. System development: Design and develop electrical control panel systems, power distribution, and other electrical assemblies. BOM creation: Prepare accurate bills of materials (BOMs) for cable and harness assemblies and control panels. Standards compliance: Ensure all designs meet project specifications and relevant industry standards (e.g., UL508, CE). Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including production, to ensure designs are implemented correctly and to troubleshoot any issues. Technical knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals, including circuit sizing and panel design for both low (LT) and high (HT) tension systems. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Software proficiency: Mandatory hands-on experience with EPLAN software for electrical design. Education: Bachelor's or diploma in Electrical Engineering is typically required Experience: Experience in designing control panels (LT/HT, PCC, MCC, APFC, AMF) is often required, with specific years of experience varying by role.
