Key Responsibilities: Greet and direct visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly and efficiently. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and documentation. Support HR or administrative departments with onboarding, scheduling, or event coordination. Handle general inquiries and provide basic information about the company. Maintain visitor logs and ensure office security protocols are followed. Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
