Job Summary The Clinical Instructor is responsible for supervising, instructing, and evaluating students in clinical settings. This role bridges classroom theory with hands-on practice, ensuring students develop the professional knowledge, skills, and attitudes required for competent clinical performance. Key Responsibilities Supervise and instruct students during clinical rotations or practical experiences. Demonstrate clinical skills, patient care techniques, and professional conduct. Evaluate students’ clinical performance and provide constructive feedback. Coordinate with faculty and clinical site staff to ensure learning objectives are met. Maintain accurate records of attendance, evaluations, and student progress. Ensure compliance with institutional policies, accreditation standards, and clinical site regulations. Facilitate a safe and effective learning environment for all students. Participate in curriculum development, program evaluation, and faculty meetings as required. Stay current with trends, best practices, and advances in clinical education and the relevant field.
