We create pitch decks, product videos, e-learning modules, and multimedia case studies. Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive business growth. As a Social Media Executive, you will work closely with our marketing, design, and content teams to create and manage compelling social media campaigns across various platforms for both internal and client projects. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with business goals. • Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. • Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities to engage with our audience. • Analyse social media performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. • Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce visually appealing and engaging posts. • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis. • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective. • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around our brand. • Conduct competitive analysis and research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. • Support performance marketing initiatives by aligning social content with ongoing paid media funnels, audience cohorts, and conversion objectives. Qualifications: • 2-3 years experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role. • Advertising agency background is a plus. • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content. • Proficiency in using social media management tools and platforms. • Experience with social media advertising and campaign management. • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. • Practical exposure to digital marketing + performance marketing frameworks, with an ability to read CAC/ROAS/CTR data and optimise content accordingly. Skills: • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Attention to detail and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends. • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is a plus. • Ability to independently set up, optimise, and manage paid campaigns across Meta / Google Ads Manager, including targeting, creative testing, budgeting, and reporting.
