Promote and sell Transformers, Package Substations, EV chargers, and related electrical products to clients across industrial, commercial, and government sectors. 2. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calls, site visits, and market research. 3.Build and maintain strong customer relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and distributors. 4. Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals within the designated territory. 5. Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with prospective clients. 6. Coordinate with the operations and service teams for order execution, delivery, and after-sales support. 7. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and competitor analysis for management. 8. Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and promotional campaigns. Preferred candidate profile 1. Graduate in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or any discipline with strong technical sales background. 2. 2+ years of sales experience in Transformers, Power cables, switchgear 3. Good knowledge of Andhra Pradesh & nearby markets (Visakhapatnam base preferred). 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 5. Role & responsibilities Candidate with 2-4 years of experience in Payroll processing and statutory compliance management. Candidate should be well conversant with payroll operations, PF, ESI, PT & labour laws requirements. Sound knowledge of auditing payroll data and implementing process improvements to ensure compliance with changing legal requirements. Preferred candidate profile Maintain and update employee records including attendance, leave, and wages Preparation of Payrolls, Pay slips, and related reports. Coordinate with finance and Operation teams for payroll inputs and reconciliations Ensure compliance with statutory obligations like PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, LWF, etc. Calculate and verify statutory deductions and contributions as per prevailing labour laws. Handle employee onboarding/off boarding formalities related to payroll and statutory documentation. Stay updated on changes in minimum wages, labour laws, and statutory norms Handle queries related to payroll, ESIC, PF, and other wage-related matters Support audit processes by providing required payroll documentation. Stay updated on changes in employment laws and advise Management accordingly. Coordinate and resolve employee grievances related to compliance issues.
