Tea was tasting very bad. When I told it to the staff, they said everyone drinks the same tea without saying anything. Only you are complaining. The staff needs some training on handling customer feedback and better communication skills. …

The worst experience. It's better to not introduce something that Chai point cannot serve the customers. I would suggest not to try the newly launched 'coffee boba', it was literally the worst thing I've ever tried. Definitely not an 'Enchante' experience!

Unclean place.. Ordered a paneer tikka sandwich, which were the worst i have had in my life. Paneer wasnt fresh, so was the masala. Wonder how someone can make such awful sandwiches. Had to discard everything what i ordered. Never ever to this place again..
