The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to international clients, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound sales calls to potential customers in international markets (US, UK, Australia, Canada). Present and promote company’s products/services effectively over the phone. Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions. Handle objections professionally and convert leads into sales. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client details in CRM. Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions, and competitors’ offerings. Candidate Requirements:Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in International Sales (Voice Process). Excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written). Strong selling, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to work in night shifts. Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools). Self-motivated and goal-driven.
