Role description KK Products & Foams Limited is seeking a Remote E‑Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive (India‑based) to support and grow online sales for the UK market. This is a full‑time, remote role working from India, focused on managing and optimising e‑commerce listings, SEO, digital media campaigns, and social media channels to increase traffic, conversions, and brand awareness in the UK. The role involves creating and publishing targeted content, managing product listings across marketplaces and the company website, and collaborating closely (online) with the UK team to plan promotions, improve customer engagement, and achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing and e‑commerce strategies to drive UK online sales across the company website and relevant marketplaces. Optimise product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, attributes) for SEO and conversions, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Plan, create, schedule, and manage social media content and campaigns aimed at relevant UK audiences across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others as appropriate. Conduct keyword research and on‑page SEO for product and category pages to improve search rankings and organic traffic. Create and publish engaging content (posts, creatives, basic copy, short product videos/visuals in coordination with designers) tailored to the UK market. Monitor and analyse performance data (traffic, conversion, ROAS, CTR, sales, engagement) and provide regular reports with clear recommendations. Manage incoming online enquiries and reviews in a professional and timely manner, helping to build trust and repeat business. Qualifications and skills Proven experience in e‑commerce management and digital marketing, preferably supporting UK, EU, or other international online markets. Hands‑on experience with SEO (on‑page and basic off‑page), keyword research tools, and optimising product listings for search and conversions. Strong knowledge of social media marketing, including planning, running, and optimising paid and organic campaigns. Experience with e‑commerce platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Tik-Tok, Magento, or marketplace backends like Amazon/eBay), as well as basic use of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements. Excellent written English and clear communication skills, with an understanding of UK audience tone and expectations. Highly self‑motivated, organised, and able to work independently to deadlines while collaborating effectively with a remote UK‑based team. Previous experience in retail, home & interiors, flooring, or fashion accessories e‑commerce is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred, but strong practical experience will also be considered. Remuneration This is a full‑time remote position based in India with a competitive base salary, dependent on skills and experience. The package includes a performance‑linked commission scheme based on online sales growth and achievement of agreed KPIs, allowing high performers to significantly increase their overall earnings.
