Position: Digital Marketing Manager Location: Kalighat Kolkata Employment Type: Full-time Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads for all company products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and driving both organic and paid marketing initiatives. Strong design sensibility and familiarity with design tools will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Campaign ManagementPlan, execute, and optimize multi-channel lead generation campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance to ensure ROI and lead quality. Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization strategies. 2. Social Media ManagementCreate, manage, and grow social media accounts for the company across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar for all products. Respond to audience interactions and improve engagement levels. 3. Content Creation & StrategyCreate compelling digital content—social media posts, short videos, reels, website banners, emailers, and ad creatives. Write persuasive marketing copy tailored for different platforms and campaigns. Develop product-specific content to promote brand visibility and conversions. 4. Design SkillsAbility to create designs for social media, ads, and promotional materials using tools such as Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator (knowledge of design tools is an advantage). Ensure all creatives follow brand guidelines and are visually appealing. 5. Organic & Inorganic MarketingExecute organic digital marketing strategies including SEO, SMO, and content marketing. Manage inorganic campaigns such as paid ads, sponsored posts, and influencer collaborations. Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversion. 6. Market & Competitor ResearchConduct continuous market analysis to identify digital trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies. Provide actionable insights to refine marketing strategies. 7. Reporting & Performance TrackingPrepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management. Monitor KPIs such as lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, reach, engagement, and ROI. Recommend improvements based on analytical insights. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field. 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles. Proven experience in lead generation and managing multi-channel digital campaigns. Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and ad managers. Creative mindset with ability to generate engaging content and campaigns. Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) is a strong advantage. Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
