We are expanding our team in Coimbatore ( Tamil Nadu) and looking for motivated Marketing Field Executives to drive our growth. Key Responsibilities Visit Retail hardware shops, to promote steel and ceiling products. Generate and manage new leads in the assigned area. Follow up on inquiries and convert them into sales. Coordinate with the office team for order updates, billing, and deliveries. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships. Submit daily visit and sales reports. Requirements Minimum 1 year of field sales/marketing experience Own two-wheeler and smartphone required. Good communication skills in Tamil & basic English. Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel locally. Salary & Benefits Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000/month (based on experience) Incentives: Up to ₹50,000/month based on performance Travel allowance as per company policy Growth opportunities within the organization Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
