Good office. good location. They have a major office building on the CST main road very close to the Mumbai University Kalina campus and BKC. However, There seems to be a major concern on the quality of service provided. Maybe they can look at the reviews and comments and do something about it.

Unprofessional. My forex card was delivered last week and till now it's not activated. My travel date is today. Customer care people keep giving false promises like it will be activated by this time, EOD etc etc. Don't trust these guys. I will never ever recommend centrum.

Since past 8 months something has gone seriously wrong with this group. Commitments are not met, dues are not cleared, vague or no replies. Even writing to Mr Jaspal Bindra, Mr Sandeep Nayak doesn’t work. Wondering are they worth investing any more... ?

Worst experience! I placed order ID 20764; They didn't processed up to one week after that they came with an excuse saying card doesn't belongs to us. Took another week for giving refund. Customer Agents Swathi, Rahul, Rohith & Vidhisha are very good at lying ( like we vll process by tomorrow) , I hope u change after this

Worst service provided to customer. I order for selling forex and it has been 10 days without any response even after multiple emails and calls to customer care. They claim that they dont have manager for customer care which is a bull****.

Went to CENTRUM Indira Nagar, Bangalore to get a multicurrency FOREX CARD - the experience was not good, Staff seemed ignorant and could not explain salient points, inaccurate and ignorant about login on AXIS NET banking and took 2 full days to load the currency. Bad experience!
