Role & responsibilities: Work closely with the head office to ensure customer satisfaction. To identify and develop new business opportunities in B2B channel. Decision-Making Skills: Manage and maintain sales / clients database. Create and implement effective account/territory plans that include developing and implementing a sales strategy considering new business growth, managing all resources necessary to drive new business; forecasting revenue; developing key contacts and business relationships within a new account including influential individual and high level decision makers. Plan, manage and develop Sales team to achieve current and future business sales plans. Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly set-goals. Achieve and exceed sales growth targets. Resolve customer issues and elevate where necessary. Preferred candidate profile: Knowledge of local languages like Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu is preferred. Experience in Semiconductors/Electronic Components industry is mandatory. 2-5 years of Sales experience. Preferred experience of selling board level products, Semiconductors/Electronic Components. Customer base may require a language prerequisite. Change agile and results oriented. Excellent communication skills. Excellent PC skills like MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) Excellent Presentation Skills. Knowledge in Semiconductors, Electronic Components is preferred.
