Job Opening: Centre Manager (Rehabilitation Centre)
Position: Centre Manager
Industry: Healthcare / Rehabilitation Centre Salary Range: ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month
*Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operational activities of the rehabilitation centre to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Manage resource allocation, staff scheduling, and facility maintenance. *Ensure* compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and quality protocols. *Monitor* client/patient care services and coordinate with medical and support staff to maintain high service standards. *Handle* inventory management, and operational reporting.
*Candidate Requirements:* *Education:** MBA in Operations is mandatory. *Experience:* 1 to 3 years of proven experience in operations management (experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is preferred). *Skills:* Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
