Role: Business Development Cum Counselor

This is an ideal opportunity for professionals from the Education / Test Preparation industry, particularly those familiar with: CLAT | IPMAT | CUET

What we’re looking for

✅ Decent and confident communication skills

✅ Strong student and parent counselling abilities

✅ Fair understanding of CLAT, IPMAT and CUET preparation ecosystem

✅ Ability to convert enquiries and leads into enrollments

✅ Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills

✅ Target-oriented and aggressive towards achieving numbers

✅ Ability to take complete ownership of assigned center / territory targets

✅ Comfortable with both calling and on-ground business development

✅ Ability to conduct school visits, seminars, student interactions and local outreach activities

✅ Self-driven, motivated and proactive — someone who does not need constant supervision

✅ Good negotiation, persuasion and closing skills

✅ Ability to track leads, conversions, activities and performance against targets Preferred Candidates

Candidates preferably from Delhi / NCR or North India.

Professionals from other North Indian cities who are willing to relocate for the right opportunity are also welcome to apply.

Experience

Prior experience in Education Sales, Admissions, Business Development, Student Counselling or Test Preparation will be strongly preferred.

Experience with CLAT / Law Entrance, IPMAT / Management Entrance or CUET preparation would be an advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
