Company Description Centre for Health Research and Innovation (CHRI) is a PATH affiliate in India focused on creating lasting public health impact. We work in critical public health areas such as tuberculosis, maternal newborn child health and nutrition, neglected tropical diseases, malaria, and vaccines. Our efforts span across India, engaging with communities, healthcare professionals, policy makers, innovators, hospitals, laboratories, and pharmacists to drive sustainable and scalable change in public health. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for a District Supervisor. The District Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating public health projects within the district. They will supervise field staff, ensure project activities are implemented effectively, and monitor progress. Additional responsibilities include conducting training sessions, liaising with healthcare professionals, policy makers, and community leaders, and ensuring compliance with project goals and objectives. Qualifications Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to manage and supervise field staff effectively Experience in coordinating public health projects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to conduct training sessions and liaise with various stakeholders Knowledge of public health issues, specifically in tuberculosis, maternal newborn child health, and neglected tropical diseases Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or related field Experience in working with healthcare professionals, policy makers, and community leaders is a plus
