The Security Engineer will be responsible for developing and delivering advanced cybersecurity training programs. The trainer should possess hands-on expertise in security tools, frameworks, and real-world attack–defense techniques to effectively train students, professionals, and corporate participants. Key Responsibilities: Deliver instructor-led training (ILT) and workshops on Cybersecurity, Network Security, Ethical Hacking, and VAPT . Design, update, and improve course curriculum, lab exercises, and training materials . Conduct hands-on labs on tools such as Burp Suite, Nessus, Metasploit, Wireshark, etc. Mentor and guide learners in practical cybersecurity projects and assessments. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with the latest security trends, attack vectors, and defense mechanisms. Support awareness programs and internal cybersecurity initiatives at C-DAC. Technical Skills: Network & System Security Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT) Incident Detection & Response SIEM Tools (Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight) Web Application Security (OWASP Top 10) Firewall / IDS / IPS Configuration Scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) Cloud Security (AWS, Azure – preferred) Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 1–5 years of experience in Cybersecurity / Network Security / Training roles . Prior experience as a trainer, faculty, or corporate instructor in cybersecurity preferred. Certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, OSCP, CCNP Security, CISA, or CHFI will be an advantage. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
