Role and Responsibility 1. Accounting and Bookkeeping: Oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transaction. Verify, Allocate, Post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable. Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results. 2. GST Filing and Taxation: Prepare and File GST returns accurately and on time. Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations. Assist with income tax, TDS, and Other Statutory filings. 3. Reconciliation: Perform periodic bank reconciliations and vendor account reconciliations. Reconcile monthly expenses and resolve any discrepancies. 4. Expense Management: Oversee monthly expense tracking and reporting. Prepare detailed expense reports for management review. 5. Audit Support: Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits. Provide necessary documentation and resolve audit queries. Preferred candidate profile: Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel. Strong Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Taxation aspects. Experience with account reconciliation and financial reporting. Excellent communication skills, including email drafting and professional correspondence. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
