Role & responsibilities WORK with L1/L2 support engineer in a network operations center and understand the daily manual troubleshooting, configuration management and network maintenance process of Transport/Core network elements and CAPTURE the process in a detailed workflow diagram in terms of details of the remote commands and response formats, graphical user interface commands, manual calculations & interpretations, frequency of manual operations, internal workarounds followed by the support engineer. Create a word document of the captured workflow including details of data sources GET the document vetted by the support engineer and relevant stakeholders. Automate the workflow using the software automation platform of Celeriac Technologies. Preferred candidate profile At least 70% marks in B.Tech / B.E. Willingness to travel daily to client location. 6-8 years of experience as L1/L2 support engineer for Telecom Transport/Core network elements in a Telecom Operator NOC in India Experience in working with multivendor transport NMS from ECI/Ericsson/Huawei/Nokia Excellent communication and presentations skills. Excellent relationship building skills. Willingness to learn new IT technologies in the area of AI/ML, Observability Systems, Elastic Compute, Microservices architecture CCNA and Cloud certification is preferred.
