Role & Job Description Accountant We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant with strong expertise in Tally Prime to manage both accounting and basic inventory operations. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of GST filings and experience handling day-to-day financial tasks with accuracy and responsibility. Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting entries and maintain books of accounts in Tally Prime Handle Accounts Payable , Accounts Receivable , and vendor/customer reconciliations Conduct Bank Reconciliation , ledger scrutiny, and cash flow monitoring Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports Handle GST calculations and filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns) Ensure timely statutory compliance and coordinate with auditors Maintain proper documentation for invoices, bills, and statutory records Provide financial data and reports to management for decision-making Inventory Management Responsibilities Manage inventory entries in Tally, including GRN, stock adjustments, and item tracking Reconcile physical stock with system records periodically Monitor stock movement, issue notes, and purchase-related documentation Assist in maintaining minimum stock levels and reporting discrepancies Coordinate with stores and procurement teams for smooth inventory flow Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with Tally Prime (Accounting + Inventory) Basic knowledge of GST laws and return filing procedures Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, Pivot Tables preferred) Strong numerical accuracy, organization, and communication skills Preferred Skills Familiarity with SAP, Zoho Books, or Odoo (added advantage) Knowledge of TDS, PT, and other compliances
