Responsibilities Enter data in Excel sheets. Use existing tools to prepare quantity estimates and basic rate analysis. AutoCad Drafting. Plan, design, and supervise construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure. Review project drawings, specifications, and ensure adherence to design standards. Monitor progress, manage resources, and ensure project timelines are met. Conduct site inspections to verify quality of materials, workmanship, and adherence to safety protocols. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution. Prepare estimates, budgets, and project schedules. Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to guide construction. Manage documentation and maintain daily progress reports. Resolve technical issues and provide on-site engineering solutions. Desired profile of the candidate * Strong with numbers and Excel formulas. Organized and attentive to detail. Willing to learn site-level financial tracking. Good computer handling skills, especially Autocad and some Excel. Logical and neat in documentation.
