Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Visual Designer with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and excellent communication skills. ### Roles and Responsibility Produce high-quality collaterals such as placemats, infographics, presentations, proposals, newsletters, posters, banners, and other marketing materials using MS-based applications. Communicate effectively with customers to understand design briefs and share innovative ideas. Provide unique and effective solutions/design concepts to clients that meet their needs. Meet or exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, and efficiency. Adhere to EY brand standards and remain aware of visual and verbal guidelines. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and socialize them to peers. ### Job Requirements Bachelor's degree/College diploma in Graphic Design or a related discipline. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and interact effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Passion for storytelling through visuals and a creative problem-solving mindset.
