Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for doctors, nurses, paramedical, administrative, and support staff. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs while ensuring HR operations run smoothly. Ensure compliance with hospital HR policies, labour laws, and accreditation standards like NABH/JCI. Coordinate training programs, CME sessions, and development activities, while maintaining training records. Support employee relations and engagement initiatives. Assist in performance management, appraisals, and preparation of HR reports and MIS for management review. Preferred candidate profile Eligibility Criteria: Education: MBA in HR/ MHA Experience: 2 - 5 years relevant experience as a generalist role in a hospital/ healthcare institution is essential. Working knowledge in an NABH accredited hospital is desired. Working knowledge of MS Office and HRIS tools is an added advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Working knowledge in multiple languages is expected.
