Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote PCD Pharma franchise opportunities. Explain the company’s product portfolio and business model to potential partners. Handle inquiries from clients and provide accurate information about the franchise process, terms, and product offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and convert them into franchise partners. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals. Maintain a database of leads, update call status, and prepare daily/weekly reports. Assist in resolving client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferably in the pharma industry). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Persuasive and goal-oriented mindset. Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the PCD Pharma model is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
