JOB DESCRIPTION: We are a dynamic Salon Chain Retail group with PAN India operations - Green Trends Salon. we are building brands that "Shape Lifestyles of Human Beings" . We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Blue-Collar Recruiter to manage recruitment activities across Pan India for various roles in the Salon industry. The ideal candidate will specialize in sourcing, screening, and on boarding blue-collar workers - Salon Service provider (Beautician / Stylist, Hair & Beauty), and other frontline Salon Managers. This role is critical in ensuring our retail operations are staffed with skilled and reliable workers, enabling seamless customer service and operational efficiency. 2.1 Manpower Hiring: Manage full-cycle recruitment for frontline and support staff across salons, including hairstylists, beauticians. Identify and source qualified candidates through Partnering with beauty training academies or ITIs, Building referral networks with existing salon staff, Conducting walk-in drives in local markets or neighborhoods, Using WhatsApp groups, regional language job boards and community influencers Visiting skill development centers and vocational institutes Build relationships with cosmetology schools and training institutes for entry-level talent pipelines. Requires deep knowledge and execution of non-traditional, community-based sourcing techniques. 2.2 Candidate Evaluation: Assess technical skills, creativity, customer service attitude, and cultural fit. Verify certifications, licenses, and references. 2.3 Industry Awareness: Understanding of labor market trends, workforce requirements, and hiring challenges in retail operations. Stay updated on salary trends, competitor hiring activities, and regional labour market conditions. Provide strategic input to stay competitive in attracting top talent. 2.4 Collaboration with Salon Management: Understand the specific hiring needs, service standards, and culture of each salon location. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and share insights on market trends 2.4 Talent Database Management: Maintain an organized database of current and potential candidates for future roles. Keep records updated with interview data, availability, and employment status. III.
