Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an English Language Trainer, located in New Delhi. The English Language Trainer will be responsible for conducting classes, providing personalized instruction to students, creating lesson plans, assessing student progress, and adapting teaching methods to meet student needs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a conducive learning environment, preparing teaching materials, and continuously improving training techniques. Qualifications Expertise in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and Teaching Experience in Education and developing instructional methods Strong Writing and communication skills Ability to create and implement effective lesson plans Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Flexibility to adapt teaching methods based on student needs Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field Experience working in a training or educational institution is a plus
