I regret to inform you that although I purchased a refrigerator, the you guys assured me that they would dispatch it from their warehouse. However, you ultimately delivered a showroom-displayed unit. Displayed refrigerator often have loose doors due to frequent handling by visitors.Also call was not answered after that.
