Job Description – Catering Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Generate catering business through corporate clients, social events, weddings, and other functions.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strong client relationships.
• Handle client inquiries, site inspections, proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with Banquets, F&B, Kitchen, and Operations teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Achieve monthly and annual catering revenue targets.
• Manage client requirements, event bookings, and follow-ups.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and sales performance.
• Ensure client satisfaction and develop repeat business opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in catering sales, banquet sales, or hotel sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of banquet operations, catering packages, and event planning.
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting.
• Target-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple events simultaneously.
