Role Overview:
As a Category Intern, you will support our Category & Catalog team in ensuring accurate, complete, and attractive product listings that enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining product listings in the catalog.
- Ensure product details (name, description, pricing, images, specifications) are accurate and consistent.
- Coordinate with category managers and suppliers to gather required catalog data.
- Maintain quality checks on catalog entries to ensure they meet company standards.
- Support in catalog audits to identify gaps and errors.
- Work with cross-functional teams (tech, category, and operations) for smooth catalog flow.
Requirements:
- Graduate/undergraduate student (preferably in business, commerce, or related field).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Interest in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
